Kylas Native Whatsapp

  • You can include dynamic files in WhatsApp template headers when sending templated messages to your customers. This ensures that each customer receives a unique file along with the template message.

  • You can set scoring rules based on email events in Kylas. A lead's score can increase when they open an email or click on a link, helping you gauge the prospect's interest. This allows you to prioritize such leads for more focused attention.

  • To manage your inventory in Kylas, a new marketplace application will be available on the Kylas Marketplace. This integration app allows you to connect your Zoho Inventory account with Kylas, enabling seamless inventory management as your sales grow.

  • Your sales team can raise sales orders directly from Kylas, ensuring the correct quantity is deducted from your product inventory.
