Kylas is introducing its native WhatsApp service.With its native WhatsApp capabilities, you will be able to connect your WABA account to Kylas directly without any third-party vendor and start WhatsApp conversations with your customers.

Scoring Rule
The scoring Rule will be a new feature in Kylas, enabling you to create scoring rules for leads. This will help prioritize leads that require more attention, ensuring better focus and efficiency in your sales efforts.
Intially You will be able to set Scoring rules based on a lead's core properties and decide whether you want to increase/decrease the score of that lead.
Bulk Email marketing ( Contact Sync)
Just like leads, your contacts can be synced into Mailjet or Mailchimp bulk email marketing tools, allowing you to easily use them for marketing activities and campaigns.
