Call Hippo

1. Log in to your Kylas CRM account.
2. Go to Settings and move to the integrations section.
3. Click on the API Key tab and copy the API Key.
4. Log in to your CallHippo account and go to the integrations tab.
5. Select Kylas CRM and click on the Connect button.
6. Enter API Key in the popup that opens.
7. Click on “Connect Now” button.

Hurray! You have now successfully integrated Kylas CRM with CallHippo. Integration status shows “Integrated.” Once contact syncing is completed, you will be updated by email.

• Sync Existing Contacts and Leads: All existing contacts and leads with at least one phone number will be synced with CallHippo.
• Automatic Syncing: Updates or new additions to contacts and leads will automatically sync to CallHippo.
• Deal Syncing: New deals associated with contacts will sync with CallHippo.
• Call Log Syncing: Call log activities will sync to the Kylas CRM call log page when calls are made to Kylas CRM contacts using the CallHippo dialer. If a new deal is created for that contact, the call activity will also appear on the call log detail page.
• SMS Log Syncing: SMS logs sent to Kylas CRM contacts using the CallHippo dialer will sync to the Kylas CRM call log detail page.

• Install the Click-to-Call Chrome extension from the link: CallHippo Virtual Phone System.
• CallHippo icon will appear in front of numbers. Click the number to connect the call automatically.
